The aim of the partnership was to achieve the dissemination of a proven model for the development of innovation self leadership techniques. It has developed methods to provide business innovation abilities amongst identified learning groups. These groups may not necessarily be companies, but also individuals and institutions.We can now seek to enable disadvantaged groups to be ‘entrepreneurable’ and contribute more effectively to their own aspirations, well being and directly or indirectly to achieve regional sustainable economic growth.The partnership is of the view that communities that experience present economic growth should also ensure that the growth is sustainable, making sure that value added by society is transferred to individuals, families and society.The initiative is also based on the knowledge that communities that sell products/services based on unique, innovative ideas are capable of achieving long-term growth.
