"International City" will be the first EVs-project hosted by CultHus, the culture-houses in Nykoebing F, and it will fit perfectly into the strategy for making this city and the area around an exiciting border-region instead of an outskirtplace in Denmark.CultHus have before hosted 2 youth-exchanges and implemented an evaluation-meeting and "International City" will make our culture-house-team being an international group with 2 EVS-volunteers from Romania in our middle.As a local culture-house CultHus is offering cultural activities and events for people and especially for young people living in Guldborgsund municipality, and during their 8 months stay the volunteers will take part in these, or maybe implement a project themselves, both in the culturehouses and E.G. in schools, as we are also offering a long row of workshops here.We are first of all looking for volunteers that a.o. can help us with documentation and if possible also with graphic layout of material for our projects, but another task will be spreading news about EVS and Youth in Action in our region together with the international coordinater of CultHus.
