Our high school is specialized on intensive education of foreign languages (English, German, Spanish, French, Russian, Latin and Greek language). Our main effort is to increase the professional knowledge of our teachers, as well as innovation and improvement of didactic methods of all subjects teaching (aesthetics, history of arts, sports, etc.) to ensure the highest education level to our students.
Basic need is professional development of our tutors in mentioned fields, as well as possibility to compare didactic methods, ICT and other tools, materials and aids usage. One of major need of English teachers is development of language competence especially in vocabulary, opinion and point of view to grammar rules change, which is getting looser conditioned by recent language development.
Our aim is to organize during next 24 months 7 short time study stays to various destinations (UK, Italy and Greece) for our tutors, where all of them are fully qualified teachers.
Direct participation allows cognition of different teaching methods, innovation, didactic difference, improvement of language skills, usage of different techniques, etc.
Direct participation on language courses our teachers obtain actual information about recent language shape, vocabulary, semantic differences and changes, which a non-native speaker is not able to acquire without personal stay at the native environment.
And last, but not least, of course is discovery of regional culture and traditions the second add it value. All mentioned above will contribute to much efficient and much communicative language education.
Administration and financial tasks will be managed by our finance manager. All the agreements will be signed by the management of each school and/or institutes.
Participants will be committed to fulfill all the agreed conditions. Project coordinator will be responsible for quality and content of study stays. School will provide maximal assistance to every participant. Contact person of the partner school will arrange accommodation, will assist at all aspects of the stay, like first information about the region, school, will supervise the working program, will solve various practical issues etc.
Every participant will have to write a clear report about the course and stay content and quality, will have to fill in a form, so we will be able to ensure a transparent and not influenced evaluation of the study stays.
We strongly believe, such study stays will significantly improve the teaching – learning quality, will improve the inter culture and inter racial understanding, which plays an important role in today´s pan European globalization and will definitely contribute to better and efficient potential conflict solution of ethnic and xenophobic origin.
With partner schools we would prefer to continue the partnership under new projects Erasmus+ and strategic partnership K2 we will apply this year to keep a long term partnership.
