Intercultural Dialogue for Inclusion, Solidarity and Tolerance

The youth exchange "IDIALIST" is a bilateral project between Denmark and Georgia, which will gather 31 youngsters from 9th to 17th of April 2017 in Rustavi, Georgia. The project creates a space for the intercultural learning and a face-to-face dialogue between the representatives of the different countries, ethnicities, beliefs, backgrounds and aspirations. The objectives of this project are :- to facilitate the dialogue between the young people of the different cultural and ethnic backgrounds- to give the young people an opportunity of creatively expressing their cultures, languages and traditions- to empower the young people to more tolerance and understanding- to encourage the young people to learn more about each other's cultures and traditions- to discuss the similarities and the differences - to challenges the stereotypes and prejudices- to facilitate to the young people's intercultural relations in the future and help them organise their ideas via Erasmus Plus, Youth Exchanges and diverse youth programmesThe young people will have the opportunity of the intercultural dialogue and the intercultural learning. They will challenge the stereotypes via being equipped with the knowledge and life experience to confront them. The Youth Exchange will use non-formal and informal education methods and approaches. The youngsters will be engaged in various creative presentations, language-learning, group workshops, role-plays,discussion groups, learning the traditional songs, dances, legends, values and ideals in the indoor and outdoor settings. The Youth Exchange participants will produce the multimedia materials and will work on the joint ideas.
