MUSICAL CHANGE: THE HISPANIC - RUSSIAN ORCHESTRA (JUVENILE EXCHANGES NOT FORMAL LEARNING) Objectives:cooperation between European young people from associated countries, exchanging musical experiences that will facilitate formation and labor insertion. 60 DIRECT PARTICIPANTS; YOUNG MUSICAL INSTRUMENTALISTS; SOLOISTS; ASPIRANTS TO CONDUCTORS all of them high-level TECHNICAL - MUSICAL and ages between 15 and 30 years old; TWO CONDUCTORS: ANATOLY LEVIN, conductor of the Superior Conservatoire Tachaikovsky of Moscow, first category professional and JOSE RAMON HERNÁNDEZ BELLIDO, composer and director of orchestra of Jerez (Spain). Selection of russian musicians (from Orchestra "Young of the Volga") and spanish musicians (Young Orchestra of Jerez "Álvarez Beigbeder") through auditions (instrumental interpretations).
Choice of a program of authors and European works (Spanish and Russians). Study, analysis, rehearsal and interpretation of the program, meetings of 8 daily hours (4 in the morning and 4 in the evening) during the 15 days the physical meeting lasts between the participants of both orchestras, assembled in the Lodging Inturjoven of Jerez (Spain) between the days 6/7 to 20/21, 2014. Master classes of orchestra direction, with practices in the Orchestra Hispanic - Russian.
Daily work during the meeting in small groups (duos - trios , quartets) chamber groups(strings/wind) and great symphonic orchestra. Manifestation of the work done in free admission concerts, all aimed to young audiences. Active and participative methodology . Later work: written contribution of the participants on learned skills; specific extended formation; more interesting musical developed aspects; advantages observed for their professional future. Production of a DVD and CD to collect the most representative parts of the project.
Developing a FINAL REPORT highlighting the positive aspects and the improvement proposals .
This project has the support of Hispanic-Russian department at University of Cádiz ( UCA) , the Andalusian Youth Institute , the Embassy of Spain in Moscow and the Russian painter who lives in Spain , Muhadin Kishev .
The most important benefit in the short / medium term is employability of this musical speciality field.
