CONTEXT
Youth activities are a way of informal learning. The Council Conclusions on the contribution of quality work in the field of youth development, welfare and social inclusion of young people (2013 / C 168/03) in Section 10 says: Working in the field of youth plays an important factor in preventing social exclusion and to improve social inclusion role. Work in the field of youth offers development opportunities and spaces for all young people and "is based on processes of non-formal and informal learning and voluntary participation"
Project Skills Development Sulayr is oriented to acquire skills; it'll be analyzed as a case study for the enrichment and learning of the participants.
The needs that we try to solve with the SWI YOUTH project relating to professional development are:
- the improvement of workers qualifications in our organizations on issues related to employability
- Know how to take advance of the non-formal and informal learning potential of our activities facing employment
- Encourage the use of languages
- Assess cooperation
GOAL
The project SWI YOUTH objective is to support professional development of youth workers in activities that integrate training and work.

ACTIVITIES
Our project is for a first contact, exchange and mutual learning. It's structured in nine months as follows:
Activity 1. A five day meeting organized jointly by the Albihar Foundation and Sulayr in Granada, we share with our partners the competences development project of Sulayr which is the axis on which turns the project. Similarly Albihar experiences on integration and inclusion of disadvantaged people will also be shared.
This activity is the only one that brings the partners all together, the next are bilateral meetings, namely the joint activity let us analyze the project of Sulayr as a "case study" and later the bilateral meetings reflection provides possible returns on the application to each partner context.
Activities 2, 3 and 4 takes place in Slovenia, Poland and Croatia in November 2015, February 2016 and April 2016 respectively.
