"Integrance: social and cultural integration of migrants and local community" is project of European voluntary service, which will take place in Wroclaw between May 2016 and August 2017. Within project to Foundation Ukraine will come 2 volunteers for period of 12 month.The aim of the project is to increase amount and quality of activities, which directed to migrant and local community in Wroclaw and aimed to integrate them in social and cultural field.Project is aimed to develop competences and personal growth of participants – volunteers and to improve tolerance an acceptance within polish society, especially through getting to know other cultures and establishing personal relation, also increase level of integration and social engagement of migrants. We are planning to organize artistic and cultural activities for children and youngsters within our project, which will include integrational character with local community, such as art workshops for children, movie and discussion club for youngsters. As well activities promoting modern culture, like theatre, movies, animation, music, dances and arts. Project activities will include consultations and sharing information for migrants, in form of open meetings and thematic events.Within personal initiatives of chosen volunteers, will organized art therapy workshops for youth and adults, as well summer camps for kids.Project results will be based on creation of practical materials for migrants and local community, especially in form of interactive animated and drawn short movies.Additional effect of project will be establishing wide networking and preparing common projects with organizations and institutions working for migrant and integration.
