The project aims the development of an Integrated System of Entrepreneurial Training and Development based on capitalisation units. The partners have identified the need of creating a structured system of training for entrepreneurs that don’t follow the formal schemes since the good proficiency is achieved through a day to day practice, after a long time and normally by several mistakes along the way. The product of the project will overcome these difficulties by allowing these potential entrepreneurs to go into a flexible matrix of modules developing their competencies according to the needs and to the available time. The project intends also that the capitalisation units will lead to the attainment of recognised certified levels enabling a certain correspondence with formal structures and avoiding the lack of quality of some market offers. To develop this the partnership, 10 partners in 7 countries, will develop a course for entrepreneurship based on individual short seminars suitable for those who can not attend regular training comprising, for example, themes like: starting-up an enterprise, improving the enterprise, internationalisation of the enterprise , social responsibility of the enterprise. The dimension covered by all the themes will be: managerial, financial, legal, commercial, social and the units will lead to three levels of achievement: elementary, intermediate and advanced. The project product, the integrated system is addressed to all entrepreneurs or potential entrepreneurs and can also be used by certification bodies as reference.
