The aim is to develop a strong collaboration providing our teachers with an understanding of what it means to be internationally mobile, and create incentives that will motivate them to interact with colleagues from the other institution.The collaboration agreement recognizes the importance of new knowledge and inspiration from the outside in the development of the institutions. International cooperation should bring added value to our students and, as mentioned above, support the skills development of our staff.Activities for the period 2016/18:-Strengthen network between partners-Implementation of employee exchangeFocus areas of joint activities:-Digitization in education-Student as producer-Application-oriented teaching-Avoid drop out and a focus on implementation -Motivational teaching
