Erasmus+ Youth exchange Project “Insertion a Major Asset for Inclusion Through International Mobility” is designed to be implemented in Fort-de-France, France (Martinique) in cooperation with five partner organizations from France (Martinique), Georgia, Serbia, Spain and Italy. After long discussion between partner organizations a common ground was found that there is need of raising public awareness through international project about social entrepreneurship (hereafter SE) topic as a tool to fight against social problems, more specifically youth unemployment and this way support social inclusion of excluded youth. Partner organizations came up to this idea, because SE is considered as an innovative and effective tool offering many different opportunities for solving/reducing social issues worldwide. SEs act as the change agents for society, seizing opportunities others miss to improve systems, invent new approaches, and create solutions to change society for the better. This is why partner organizations decided to select 31 gender balanced participants who face social, economic, cultural and geographical obstacles (71%) and are under the risk of social exclusion and provide capacity building to that female and male youngsters and youth workers (aged 18-28) so that they are able to utilize and popularize it back to their communities (France, Georgia, Serbia, Spain and Italy). We will create fun and learning atmosphere for them to fulfill following objectives: build capacities and competences of young people on social entrepreneurship and empower them with the practical experience as well; to encourage participants to promote SE back to their communities and to promote interactions, networking and partnerships among youth.By building capacities and competences of project participants on social entrepreneurship, empowering them with practical experience and developing their capacities to promote social entrepreneurship idea via different media channels, we will achieve our key objectives and thus fulfill the main aim of youth exchange. After the implementation of project, we expect more people knowing and talking about Social Entrepreneurship as an effective tool to support inclusion of the different excluded groups. For the potential long term impact we will provide knowledge and space for young people, to share and extend their current competencies and to acquire new ones with regards to social entrepreneurship and business planning, youth unemployment and other social problems, social inclusion and exclusion, project management and techniques for results dissemination. Apart from this, flyer about Social Entrepreneurship developed by participants will be spread via various media channels to reach stakeholders worldwide. Used methods will be non-formal, informal, participative, encouraging identification with the content of the project and maximizing the learning effect.
