The Training Course Inquiry and Change will bring together representatives of youth organisations, youth workers, young leaders and active young people from 11 countries: Macedonia, Estonia, Georgia, Ukraine, Poland, Cyprus, Romania, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Serbia and Italy. In the spring of 2015, we will spend together 8 days in the city of Pordenone, in the North-East of Italy to discuss and promote the involvement of young people in interculture promotion activities. According to the principles of Non-Formal Education, the participants will raise their skills and competencies about social research and documentaries. These tools will be developed to explore the problems of local communities and to set up appropriate projects and social initiatives. The expected outcomes are trained youth workers, young leaders and young people willing and able to inquiry and to understand the problems of their communities and to set up new creative local initiatives.
