The project "Innovative Teachers in Jonava "Lietavos" Basic School"The applicant organization: Jonava "Lietavos" basic schoolProject period: 2016-09-01 - 2018-08-31"Lietavos" basic school teachers and education, support for the children staff has these most important needs:- to improve career planning specialists professional competence, enhance teachers skills and competencies to work creative , innovative, and use various motivating tools and methods;- to acquire knowledge, access to didactic methods and techniques working with immigrants / refugees and successful their integration into the school community;- to increase teachers and education staff foreign language competencies;- to integrate the best European practice to "Lietavos" basic school education process.In order to meet these needs, school teachers and education staff - 6 people - will participate in study mobility in Italy and Spain, where they will gain the necessary knowledge, skills, tools and competence necessary for their training.Teachers and education staff gained knowledge and competencies will use in their successful work process development in Jonava "Lietavos" basic school. Courses are supported by good practice examples, innovative teaching (learning) methods, integration of the various subjects that teachers will adapt to their teaching process and share information with colleagues.Access to other educational practices and share experiences with colleagues from other countries will help for participants better assess their teaching skills, provide the useful information, new ideas and also improve teachers professional training and foreign language skills. That will help school students to achieve better results.During the training it will be established contacts with other schools and teachers. It encourage the exchange of best practices and allow to expand the range of new partners and initiate the new international Erasmus + program projects.
