In the Project “Innovative European practices in tourism and methods of training” The Chamber of Commerce and Industry Targovishte takes a role as applying and sending organisation in Consortium with three vocational schools, responsible for training of personnel in tourism sector in the region of Targovishte – Vocational school of agriculture “Nikola Pushkarov” town of Popovo, Vocational school of tourism and food industry technologies, “Aleko Konstantinov” town of Targovishte, Vocational school of economic informatics “John Atanasov” town of Targovishte. In response to the aim of “Erasmus +” programme - development of stable partnerships between VET and business for encouragement of innovation and competitiveness, we focused on this subject for exchange of managers, teachers and tutors as union. Thus, we could combine the experience gained by each partner, to elaborate and fortify with innovative forms and to present it for use by other organisations.Basic goals of the project:•strengthen of cooperation between the world of education, training and business in the field of tourism in the region with following purpose-improvement of level of key competences and skills;•enhance of cooperation between suppliers of training services and stakeholders of the region for raise of the quality in the field of innovations and internationalization of training and educational institutions of tourism;•increase of awareness for European area for long-life learning, about opportunities for reforms of policies on national level and modernization of systems for training and education;•widening of the international space of training and education through cooperation between educational institutions and support organisations; •improvement in foreign language training, language variety and intercultural understanding by the participants in the mobility; The beneficiaries of the project will be 12 persons – managers, teachers and tutors of the Consortium of organisations. The participants will hold fine professional preparation, experience in conduction of trainings and probation, actively corresponding with representatives of the tourism branch, organisers of trainings of personnel in the vocational tendency and trainings for beginners but holding objective need for acquiring of innovative methods for teaching in the field of tourism. Mobilities are going to be participation in one stream in exchange of experience and observation of activities on training in 7 days with 8 hours per day. Receiving organisation in Italy will be Biological farm “Patrice”, Town of Spoleto, Italy. The Sending organisation will:- Organise procedures on information and selection of beneficiaries;- Guarantee of equal opportunities for application for exchange of the beneficiaries;- Signs the relative agreements;- Preparation and logistic support;- Implements the monitoring of exchange;- Relations with receiving organisation - organiser of the exchange;- Preparation of final report. The Receiving organisation:- Implements all the contacts and actions for preparation of working schedule for exchange;- Ensures the implementation of the program and meetings with the team of the organisation;- Organises the accommodation and food in the receiving country;- Organisation and accompany during the visits in institutions and organisations;- Ensures cultural program;- Supports the monitoring;- Issues Certificates for mobility;- Contribution of solving any type of problem that could arise during the process of work. Through different stages of implementation of project, there is evaluation of effectiveness provided. The program of actions will serve as a basis for monitoring: results and outcomes of the project, activities and resources income, processes and impact of project. The methodology of realisation of the project gives us a bigger opportunity for evaluation of effectiveness in activities carried, as well as evaluation of qualitative and quantitative dimensions of results. Results of the project: Dissemination of information for the exchange to the society; Developed and disseminated methodical handbook “Innovative European practices in teaching”; informed network of chambers of commerce and industry and branch structure of vocational training centres in Bulgaria. The successful realisation of the project will create sustainable opportunities for intellectual and personal development, improved skills and knowledge, gained competences for adoption of innovative practices on training in the field of tourism. In long – term aspect all participants of the Consortium will take active part in applying of competences gained in organisation of training activities. All of this is a beginning for subsequent international partnerships, which is a new opportunity for our region for transfer of European experience that will affect all sectors of public life.
