The participants of the mobility are students of our secondary vocational school from the study field Information and network technologies. 22 students will participate in the traineeship, and the target country is Italy, Milan. We would like to carry out this project in order to enable our students to participate in a vocational training abroad in firms that concentrate on the I|T sector and on digital media. The working experience in the organization helps the students to create an idea about the possibilities when finishing their studies, while their theoretical knowledge transforms into practical skills, and the students gain experience not only in their study field but in life abroad as well. The independent work and living abroad may serve as impulses for them towards further, or even lifelong learning. Students of this study field learn about the electrical wiring elements, about the creation of electrical documentation, about PCB design in CAD environment, and they acquire skills in PC assembling on their courses. The students have the chance to verify their knowledge in these activities. In order to reach the set goals, we use different methods and forms of education. The updating of teaching material is very important and gaining skills through practical activities is crucial as well. Problems and needs:-students need to try vocational training abroad, in order to gain a certain idea about their possibilities after finishing their studies-our school is not always able to ensure the latest and most modern equipment for our students-students can practice their skills form the field of network technology only partially during the school's practical trainings, in case of this project the students will be able to work with the technologies individually, for a longer time and more in a more intense way-students do not have the chance to communicate in English every day, to work on their professional vocabulary-the teachers of the vocational subjects are not always able to present for the students the latest methods and techniques in their fields for various reasons (financial, availability of programmes, the number of teaching hours, etc.). We expect from this project to enable our students to improve their practical skills by concentrating on the following aims:- to improve the professional terminology in English- to improve their practical skills in the configuration of switches, VLAN, VTP, etc.- to learn about the steps of configuration of network devices, of the wifi technology of the firm, to learn about the principles of network safety-to lead consultation in a foreign language (work in a laboratory with the tutor of the organization, to consult on the commands for configuration)- to solve problems in the configurations of e.g. VTP domains- to learn about the safety measures of the organization (the network safety, applications/programs for protection, the steps of protection)- to learn about the software that is used in the organization- to learn about the principles of outsourcing and about the steps that are taken to solve the problems of the clients- to learn about the work of an international firm- to improve the language skills
