"Innovate to improve" is a project being developed in the framework of a new management team willing to innovate pedagogically to improve the academic performance of present and future students and the idea of internationalizing the center even more, seeks for the improvement of two general objectives in its project management and consequently in the annual plan of the center: improve academic results and innovate teaching.A thirteen months training project in which three teachers will take part: coordinators and coordinator LIC that have a proper linguistic profile to cope the demands of an European training and with lifelong learning concerns and innovative views what matches perfectly with the required profile for the proposed training.The courses have been selected for their relevance within the field of educational innovation and the consequent improvement in academic results.-Best Practices Benchmarking is a course in Finnish and Estonian schools. It comes through expert presentations, classroom observations at all school levels, strengthening skills and sharing together.-"How an effective classroom managemente can lead to students' academic performance increase, to early school leaving and to a positive communication environment". The course aims at depicting nowadays major challenges of classroom management and setting out practical ways of managing classroom by presenting alternatives to traditional approaches to classroom management and by them to improve students performance.-"Coaching Skills: The Path to Improvement"focuses in learning the importance of creating a supportive environment where learners are nurtured to increase their self-confidence and self-esteem, motivating to improve their own performances.With this project we intend to innovate pedagogically our center and introduce methodologies that foster improving academic performance of students. Also we try to educate and inform the rest of the educational community and offer the possibility to extend the knowledge acquired to other external educational agents.The long-term benefits seek for improving the results of current and future students, modernization through innovation of education in our center and possibly other centers in the region. The internationalization of the center will be a fact since it is intended through the courses, to establish a network of international possible future partners in eTwinning projects and Erasmus +.
