General objective of the project To develop the capacity of professionals to improve the quality of programs and policies addressed to newly emerging needs of children and youth.Specific objectives:-to create a model of intervention for the use of professionals working in the formal and non-formal education to adapt the newly emerging needs (NEN) to the local context; -to foster the personal development of professionals by creating the framework for the development of two national Excellence Resource Centres in the field of newly emerging needs;-to qualify professionals working with or on behalf of children conversant with the concept of NEN, to enable them to identify NEN, to interpret them in terms of child’s wellbeing and development and to act effectively to these NEN.
