The contextThis mobility project is integrated in the general strategy of digitalization of C.T. Ed. Nicolau Focsani and of development of the digital skills of our teachers, continuing the training efforts we engaged through the project High School High Tech – The school of future, project implemented by our institution. The proposed project will contribute to the valorization of the results of our previous project by continuing and multiplying the already implemented measures to implement digital solutions of teaching-learning-evaluating with the purpose of increasing the quality of our educational services. The objectivesa) The empowerment of our teachers in using the new technologies to integrate e-learning platforms, site/blog cration, e-lessons.b) Facilitating the know-how transfer in e-learning/project based learning (PBL)/ blended learning/flipped classroomc) Using the personal digital portfolio to evaluate and presenting the school performance of pupils The participantsTeachers with long term contract, at least 5 years teaching experience that feel the need to create innovative didactic scenarios adapted to the digital courses specific to e-learning, to build their own site / educational log and to manage the e-learning resources, to adapt the pedagogical online tools to the learning potential of pupils, to manage different learning environments and the digital environment, to create their own resources complementary to the traditional handbooks. The main activitiesI. Preliminary activities: establishing the management and implementation team, the contracts with the training institutions and tripartite contracts with the participants; logistics: accommodation, transport, insurance, security; preparation: linguistic, intercultural, digital, pedagogical. II. Mobilities- “Using E-Learning in the classroom” (Paris, 17-21.07.2017, 3 participants and London, 09-13.10.2017, 3 participants)- “E-learning and web design: How to create an e-learning platform and a website in one week” (Bologna, 02-08.07.2017, 3 participants and Palermo, 27-02.09.2017, 3 participants)- “Creativity in Teaching and Learning using ICT: The Digital Classroom” (Alcala de Henares, 18-24.03.2017, 3 participants and 06-12.05.2017, 3 participants)III. Follow-up: training the other teachers by the participants; institutional upgrade: the standardization of the digital portfolios of teachers and pupils; working procedure to implement ICT and e-learning in educational activities; the e-learning platform of our school. IV. Dissemination: within the school, in other educational institutions, to the beneficiaries / pupils, mass media and on-line, within the local community. V. Closing: impact analysis, finalizing procedures. The methodologyThe implementation methodology is focused on the management by result theory, with constant monitoring of the achieved results by comparing to the implementation schedule and constant evaluation of the extension of the achievement of the project’s objectives by monitoring qualitative, quantitative and external indicators of the quality of project’s implementation. The impactThe impact on the participants- the development of the skills to integrate the new technologies in teaching activities and of the abilities to create ICT / digital resources- the development of the digital skills „e-skills for the 21st century” to facilitate personal and professional development- the empowerment in working on e-learning platforms and creation of virtual classes to group-work- the know-how regarding tools and free software application, available OER, technical solutions to create a site / educational blog, to create own digital resources. The mpact on the institution- The implementation of the new technologies in all curricular areas, the digitalization of the courses through e-learning platforms- The continuation of the strategy of implementation of didactic innovation started through the 2014 KA1 project to use iPads and tablets in education by adapting the good practice examples from other European countriesThe impact on the pupils- the development of the digital skills through using new mobile hardware, through digital portfolios, through using the e-learning platform- the schools e-learning platform will increase the pupils abilities to autonomous learning and self-evaluation The potential long term benefits- involving the school in European educational projects- institutional upgrade through the integration of the European dimension and digitalization of the educational activities.
