PROJECT
FINISHED
Through the training of a specific professional figure, this project intends to provide guidance to enterprises (particularly SME) in the cross border area on innovation and technology transfer, as a practice to maintain and develop competitiveness in the new scenarios of European integration and globalisation. Specifically, the Innovation Manager course intends to train and accompany in their entry into the economic and production fabric of both Italy and Slovenia a sort of bridging figure between research and the business world, with a view to cross-border development. The course, targeting unemployed persons, is structured in modules, with a preparatory and a specialist phase: the first mainly characterised by economic and management notions, the second focusing on innovation and technology transfer. The professional thus trained is able to move in the scenarios of technology and innovation, to promote a research that is market-oriented, an advisor who can operate in mediation bodies. As regards employment opportunities, he/she can work for companies who wish to innovate products and/or processes by optimising investments in R&D, research centres that intend to maximise their economic returns, science and technology parks, public and private enterprises engaged in territorial development.
