Project "Innovation and good practices in education" This is our third project proposal and we have fully complied with the recommendations of the Evaluation Committee.According to a preliminary study of AYPB in Bulgaria,Romania,Greece,UK,Austria and Spain there are no developed student's screening diagnostic programs and ICT instruments used school psychologists and advisers. There isn't any developed toolkit with set of methodologies,criteria and standards for their job.Objectives of the project:1.Promote equality, inclusion and to improve the quality in education,training for all,and to prevent early school leaving and encourage the participation of disadvantaged groups in society2.Improving the quality and relevance of the services in the field of education,training and youth,through the development of innovative approaches and disseminating good practice3.Improve the capacity of organizations working in the field of education, training and youth,particularly in the areas of strategic development,organizational management,quality of training,internationalization,equity and inclusion,quality and targeted activities for specific groups4.Promoting personal and professional development, entrepreneurship,education, developing active citizenship,higher employment and initiating business ventures,support for career development and guidance in accordance with the5.Increasing participation in learning and employment through the development of service quality career guidance and counseling6.Promote the professional development of staff and youth workers in ICT methodologies and support the development and use of open educational resources in various European languagesProject Duration-14months.Project partners:Bulgaria- professional NGO,Romania-school,Greece-school Main target group-School psychologists/pedagogical advisors, teachers. Supporting target group is composed of 500 students from Bulgaria,Romania,Greece.Planning activities: 1.Project management and implementation(A1) 2.Transnational project meetings(M)/3 meetings in every partner countries/ 3.Intellectual outputs(O)3.1.Research, analysis and transfer of best practices(O1)-Research and analysis of programs and tools aimed at combating social exclusion and early school leaving -Research and analysis of the experience in other Member States of existing criteria, standards, programs and tools for school psychologists and pedagogical councilors -Study of the EU approaches and methods that identify individual requirements and needs in order to promote their active participation in the learning process by establishing cooperation with organizations from other Member States 3.2. Development of manuals and guidelines(O2) Development of manuals and guidelines how to work after diagnostic for: -school psychologists with practical advice and guidance -school advisors with practical advice and guidance to work after receiving diagnostic results -teachers with practical advice and guidance to work after receiving diagnostic results 3.3 Innovative methodology for screening and diagnostic testing of students (O3)Development,testing and applying of innovative practices. Creating screening diagnosis methodology. Languages-Bulgarian,English,Romanian,Greek with option to add more languages.Creation of on line group and network for exchange of school good practices, data base, data source Interactive Resource. Registration of Specialists. Free use of a database of materials,handbooks,manuals. Feedback and an opportunity to discuss specific cases with other professionals. The methodology will be innovative for EU, design and key tools for professionals in school aria. This instrument will minimize the time and will maximize the effective of the school screening and early diagnostic of the basic risk of drop out of the students. In national use will give fast, actual statistic and detailed information of the students in risk to the school education decision makers -local, regional and national level. 4.Multiplier events(E1,2,3) Seminars for sharing and dissemination of projects results and products-10 seminars. The seminars will be in open door and there will attend total 200 local participants and 10 international participants- local,regional,national organizations,advisors,psychologysts and teachers.Key outcome indicators for the project proposal are:1.Number of registered professionals in the group - a minimum of 12 specialists 2.Quantity diagnosed students - screening diagnostic of minimum of 500 students, after test launch of the innovative methodology 3.Number of seminars for the entire period of the project proposal-10 seminars.
