We are informal youth group whihc is name KAPADOKYA GENÇLIK GRUBU , We will organize training course project on non formal learning under Erasmus +Training and networking for youth workers - Programme Countries. Our project name is Innovation and creativity in non-formal education and will be held in Nevsehir between 8 -15 october 2014 . There will be 21 participants 2 trainer 2 support staff, partner countries are TURKEY, ROMANIA, SLOVAKIA, SPAIN, ITALY, ESTONIA, LITHUANIA. Aim of this training course to increase the creative application of non-formal education, to improve their skills and knowledge. To promote Creativity and Innovation within youth projects. Supporting youth workers and youth leaders to think in innovative ways of approaching youth related topics and develop creative solutions to increase the impact and efficiency of youth activities. To develop innovative methodologies that increase effective participation of all project-actors involved in youth projects: partners, youngsters, local communities, policymakers. Objectives: • To improve the quality of youth works and non-formal education • To develop youth leader's creativity and innovation skills • To increase and promote the use of non-formal education in youth works • To make an awareness on Erasmus + programme • To establish new partnership among the youth organizations. • Experiential learning theory, understanding of the methods and dissemination of works. • Participants provide non-formal education to produce new activities based on experiential learning model Many users of the programme are not able to effectively turn the Non Formal methods used in their project into learning and empowerment of the ones involved. Many projects remain far away from the local community and the impact is reduced to a minimum. With a creative approach, local involvement and visibility can be increased significantly. So that innovation and creativity is very important on youth filed.
