Innovation in the practice of welding by Finnish methodOur school Hungarian Maltese Charity Service Vocational School of Devecser is not a long time established vocational school, we began the work 01.09.2013. Our main aim is to keep on a long-lasting international relationship with the Finnish school, and through this relationship develops our education method and motivate the students in their profession.Hungarian Maltese Charity Service Devecseri Vocational School trains social workers, nurses and welders. Our training courses are closely aligned with the District's idea of economical and social areas. We choose this partner because they have been taking part in exchange programs for several years and we ha a really good experience in their school last year, when we had an Erasmus+ mobility project. They have a great experience in receiving foreign students and organizing their professional training. The colleagues of the partner school are well qualified experts, and love teaching students very much. They also train welders, so the institution is suitable for learning about modern technology, and new methods. The objective of the project: to develop the students' professional skills and knowledge, sub-serve their employability and social integration, acquire new professional experiences, expend their general and professional vocabulary and to gain insight into the foreign youth's lifestyle and culture in Finland. We intend to involve our most talented students, who are the most interested in the profession of welder. We aim to implement the direct selection on the basis of their project work. We are planning to make a 60 hours long preparation lessons for the students from November 2016. including professional theory and practice, foreign language, culture and psychological subjects. We expect to have positive change in the students' attitude to their profession and private life, and hopefully their experiences can launch some changes in our and other students' attitude as well.We would like to have a good reputation in the town and in the villages nearby, because we would like to have more students in the following years. These aims are available with this project.
