Youth unemployment is a very important and relevant topic in Europe and spend time as NEET may lead to a range of disadvantages. Nowadays the biggest challenge for young people is to find a job, to feel useful to society and to themselves. the project iNEETiative aims to explore the concept of youth employment in an informal and equal way, the young participants will discuss and analyze together their work experience and / or job search and they will improve the key skills required by the labor market. The goals of the project are: -trasferire knowledge and tools for job search and evaluating business ideas -Give participants the guidelines in order to choose their best route to employability -Eradicate employment barriers to access of an occupation and create a link between formal and non-formal environment with that labour market The Youth exchange that will take place in Rende and is open to 24 young people in search of a job from Spain, Italy and Portugal with an age between 18 and 25 years. The groups involved in the project will work with non-formal and informal methods: we will use different methodologies and tools to support and guide young people to the world of work.The exchange will then have a positive impact on young people that will do the experience and the community, as the results will be disseminated through various actions planned by the associations to their members and to the community of origin of the participants.
