The project ICL - " In other country we learn" is directed to students attending vocational schools and who are enrolled in the three years of the course to obtain the level IV of qualification, one of the schools of the municipality of Paredes with vocational education. Also we will concentrate students that belong to poorest families and that way that will probably never have the opportunity to participate in future mobility experience . One of the key objectives of this project is that participants develop through training practices in the workplace , personal , social and professional skills to complement the practical skills acquired in vocational training context . Additionally , this mobility will provide participants with the development of soft skills , such as language skills , integration in a context different from the place of origin of a contact experience with a work context in the training area that are attending , thus trying to their integration into the national or European labor market . The ICL was planned to involve 30 participants who will carry out training practices for a month, in the begining of 2015 according to the availability of the various sectors of activity companies ( adapting to the professionals attending courses ) . The Agrupamento de Escolas de Vilela along with APPIS will promote the inscriptions on the mobilities , and APPIS will select 30 participants . This association will plan jointly among partners the training program according to the characteristics / interests and skills of each participant meeting the specific needs of your area . Before the beginning of the period of mobility linguistic and cultural preparation will be carried out . The host partners will select companies adapted for the reception of participants , conduct the training program and supervise/monitorize participants during the mobility with Agrupamento de Escolas de Vilela . The training practices will be held in associated companies and will be evaluated according to the customized training program and Europass certificate with the same companies and additionally through a letter of recommendation produced by these . The Agrupamento de Escolas de Vilela along with abroad partners (english and spanish ones) will provide all necessary logistics project ( accommodation, subsistence , etc ... ) measures . All partners directly or indirectly involved in the project will carry out actions for the dissemination of project results. Participants will receive a preparatory intensive course that will give them the linguistic and cultural knowledge to incorporate in companies. The courses will take place before the mobility and will be monitored by APPIS , in which a certificate will be awarded to all participants . The intensive courses of Spanish and English languages and culture will be held on Christmas lective interruption for 30 hours. At the end of the project, we hope that participants achieve the following results : - Increase of practical skills (learning procedures , self-confidence, self-efficacy , autonomy , teamwork ... ) - Increasing the language skills; - Increased knowledge / reality of the labor market; - Knowledge of companies that may be their employers ; - Knowledge of the concept of European dimension and European labor market. We expect the follow results for participant organisations (partners and host companies) : - Increased knowledge of the European labor market; - Exchange of good practices in each participating country ; - Knowledge of new realities formative context ( youth ) ; - Creation of other contacts for future collaborative projects , national and European ; - Contact with the business world ; - Knowledge of job profiles; - Adapting the education and training path to labor market needs ; - Validation of the practical application of theoretical knowledge acquired .
