The Erasmus+ project, which is called "Improving Spain in Nothern Ireland", provides the opportunity to internationalize knowledge and labour promoting of those students and teachers motivated for change, in order to expand training and professional horizons. The program facilitates better cooperation between training institutions and employers, national and foreign, to ensure that students develop relevant curricula for the skills needed in the workplace. The project will be developed in South Eastern Regional College (SERC), Lisburn Campus, from Northern Ireland. Five of our students, from seventeen to twenty five years old mostly, have the opportunity to expand their academic and work experiences with colleagues from the Restoration area as a whole, and professionals in the field of Baking and Pastry, in the case of the practices in business. One of our teachers develops the same stay abroad too. According to this, the internship lasts 120 hours during a month, where the firs week will be spent in the training centre, and the remaining three in a company. The project will assess the abilities of students in order to achieve the qualifications and level of training accredited by the title-degree. Also, take into account students adapt to a real business environment, initiative, willingness and innovation in the workplace. Related to teacher's mobility, the main objective to be achieved is to increase training center and enterprise techniques and processes of the host country (Northern Ireland). In this case it will be checked teaching methods, the raw materials, manufacturing processes and organizational capacity. As already studied, there are various reasons why we recommend a workplace training abroad. First, is the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge learned in social and business reality, placing the student to the real problems and making him or her decision true expertise through practice. Also, focusing on the development of practices in the European context involves the acquisition of new contacts that allow meet and work with many different groups of people. The experimental practices in the European environment should generate a positive impact on improving the sociolinguistic competence of students, learning them to develop in a new and more complex environment. Moreover, students should be linked more directly with the labor and business world, knowing not only new techniques, processing and work processes, but also becoming more active role in labour relations through a good work team, and more and better decision making. And, undoubtedly, one of the benefits that can not be ignored regarding this training opportunity is the comprehensive development that students experience as a whole, in addition to improving and increasing levels of present and future employability.
