MTÜ Foorumteater is Estonian NGO, which offers the most quality forum theatre in Estonia. The goal of the project is to raise capacity of the organization. Our members will go job shadowing to Finnish, UK and Italian organisations to learn how to work with different difficult target groups, including target groups with lesser possibilities. During this, we will raise the level of our methods and also learn new methods - legislative theatre, which has never been learned in Estonia in such level. Later the information will be spread in organisation. During two years, there will be 10 mobilities. Trained staff will use their previous professional experience and new skills and experiences to make the first study material about using forum theatre in Estonian. Also, there will be two-day information session in the end of the project, where project results will be disseminated. The main focus will be on working with difficult target groups and target groups with lesser possibilities. The result of the project will be raised capacity of MTÜ Foorumteater to work with different target groups, which directly increases the quantity and quality of forum theatre in Estonia.
