Our project IQ Safe aiming at enhancing the quality of education in our various programs. A very important goal is the development work on the assessment and validation of student knowledge acquisition in professional practice, both nationally and internationally. It is of great importance for the quality assurance of our vocational training courses. Through the work of implementing EQVET as assessment tools and disseminate it within the school educations, we increase the quality of education in terms of work experience in another country and validation after completion of internship will be fair and clearly rooted in reality. Through job shadowing in another country, our educators and supervisors gain more insight and knowledge of the profession and its conditions internationally which is difficult to obtain otherwise. In the important and always as current efforts to combat xenophobia, fear and ignorance about other countries, their cultures and religions, the school has a great responsibility. To meet this challenge requires experience and knowledge with practical examples rooted in reality. Our students are expected to obtain a good opportunity to broaden and deepen their knowledge, understanding and experience of how their chosen profession conducted in other countries. Knowledge and experience of how a workplace works in other countries, as well as a broader network of contacts, giving our students better opportunities for increased mobility in the European labor market. We also believe that the ability of our students to achieve this, staff both educators and trainers with a broad knowledge and understanding of the profession in another country than Sweden. Our teachers get through exchanges, field trips and job shadowing an increased knowledge of other countries' education systems, concepts and methodology in VET, interact with the world of work and assessment of knowledge and skills. We see thus large gains in conducting an international work in our businesses. In this project, we sought ways for 17 educators. We will continue to develop and operate the international work of the steering committee. The international coordinator has a 60% service center at the Dean office, will lead the project and work with international facilitators at both schools as part of a further 40% for administration out in the operations. A long-term goal is to constantly work towards further developing, expanding and assure the quality of our international work so we can offer both students and staff a good opportunity for greater knowledge, understanding of cultures and customs of other countries and also open up new avenues in the profession. Further to look up and see the EU as a common labor market with more opportunities through increased mobility between countries.
