Project Summary The aim of this project is to encourage European-oriented aspirations and to improve educational achievements of both students and staff and thus develop the intercultural competences and internationalisation . The promotion of this behaviour of students and staff will be achieved by creating a well-developed, effective and modern education and training system. This project focuses on the school’s European Development Plan objectives which means that we need to improve quality of teaching, learning and assessment; to upgrade ICT access and use increase students' motivation in using English in their specialist fields which will enable students to leave school with the skills to communicate effectively in English with other European countries in their working career; to improve the quality of internationalisation in order to learn the right way how to continuously improve the skills and qualifications of its employees and continuously be inolved in the European process of constant development. Appropriate training of the staff who will take part in the course training will ensure fulfillment of the objectives. Teachers who will take part in this mobility project will be carefully selected according to their skills and competences as well as previous involvement in similar activities and/or projects, workshops, seminars and so forth. Information gained on the courses will be shared at school level as well as locally i.e. through workshops, meetings, information bulletin, at teachers’ conferences, blogs, articles in teachers’ publications, etc. Process evaluation measures will indicate the participation levels in all activities performed, improved knowledge of English and ICT technology will indicate successful implementation of the course trainings. The type of education and training system teachers obtain will have exceptionally beneficial role in producing life-long learners full of self-esteem, even more important, responsible citizens of the European family who will be able to make positive contributions to society at local, national and even global levels.
