The project was created after previous two years long experience with EVS projects. The main aim is to let the volunteers work on their own projects and his/her full involvement in the operation of the company. The organization will teach the volunteers as many skills and abilities as possible. The organization aims are expansion of organizations activities and increase the number of its visitors. Positive contribution of volunteers work for community are expansion of activities, introduction and interaction with different culture and communication with native speaker.Two volunteers will work in organization within the project. Essential assumptions for acception of volunteer are his/her high motivation and his/her draft of project for work in organization. Great advantage is experience with work with children. Another key assumption is sufficient knowledge of English or German language. Activities of project are in accordance with the usual work in organization. Volunteers will try different jobs within the organization – work in nursery school, afternoon club for youth, manage and organize their own activities. They will promote the EVS program and familiarize the visitors and community with their native culture. On the other side, they will be surrounded by people from culture unknown to them. Due to this fact, they will be influenced by our culture. The volunteer could find himself, gain new experiences and abilities, develop social habit (daily attendance to work), meet new friends and experience new culture. All listed above could help volunteer in future work on different types of projects and also in the work in home organization. His/ Her experience could motivate other young people to participation in EVS program. Volunteer could spread the knowledge about culture and organization in Czech republic at home. The organization could expand their activities and increase the number of its visitors. Positive influence on staff and community due to daily communication with native speaker from different cultural background.
