Impropreneurs was the educational and cultural project contains impact of theatre and put a mark in a subject of youth entrepreneurship. The YE “Impropreneurs” brought together 36 young people from 6 different countries, which are Poland, Lithuania, Croatia, Slovenia, Italy and Portugal for the time from 11.04 - 20.04.2016. The main target group of the project was youth in the between 18 and 30 years old from groups like students and working youth who are interested in improving communication skills actively and are willing to learn how to overcome the obstacles they face in their work and social environment. The overall objective of our project was to encourage young people to practice on their work and life balance to lead their own path through theatre improvisation activities . In addition the project had a series of specific goals, aimed at improving participants’ skills and competences, fostering active participation in social life of local communities and people with fewer opportunities, multiplication of the results achieved by project, promotion of Erasmus+ and other. The project idea was developed in the context of alarming data related to the low level of employment among young people reflected in a number of studies conducted on a national and European level.During the mobility youth was responsible for conducting vast majority of planned activities - the implemented program was the effect of their previous work. The implemented mobility was based on informal education methods aimed at reaching full support to the peer education process. Young people were learning by spending time together. they had also an opportunity to get to know closer with local community.
