The Youth Exchange: Involve for change, is an exchange of 9 -day run 30 youth from three European countries such as France , Portugal and Spain . This exchange , looking socialization and overall development of the young participants , through participation in various environmental activities : work shop, educational visits , leisure activities , group dynamics , theater , debates , video -forum , workshops, development organic products , etc. There are many integration possibilities offered by this exchange . This program , enhance its role as foster the direct participation of young men / women in the development and management of activities and establishing a true associative culture . The active and playful methodology allow us to participate in the design , implementation and analysis of the results of each of the activities. The expected results are to provide participants with adequate tools to develop the ability to communicate with others , organized on a collective basis , one of the greatest needs 're young . This will also contribute to the / young participants , to participate and especially to take on responsibilities . The impact here is that of projecting in the countries of origin of the participants , the successful experiences shared by all during the exchange , show at young men / women that a better world is possible, that are not only / as and that different alternatives environment , which enables them to integrate social and labor . The long-term benefits include improved social skills, employability and affective capaciadades of participants by encouraging the activiadades in a rural setting showing us rural initiatives that are environmentally and foster social solidarity.
