The project "Implementation of virtual learning environments" main aim was to prepare teachers and train them in different areas concerning e-learning and e-teaching methodologies to be able to refresh their skills and to adapt to the constant challenges. Our mobility project was focused on 7 structured training courses for principals and teachers too, consisting in 20 mobilities of teachers. We focused on courses that meet common needs, both at management level and teaching. The topics underlined the development of e-learning strategies and digital skills development, the discovery of attractive teaching methods, and also issues that belongs to management and school leadership, communication and relationships management. The objectives pursued by our mobility project were: O1 implementation of virtual teaching environments O2 create online learning materials & resources O3 integration of effective teaching methods using the cyberspace and online and offline softwares O4 adopt managerial successful models O5 connecting the school with other educational institutions in Europe The mobility project has focused on teacher participation in structured courses for management staff and teachers of different specializations. During the two-year project we conducted a total of 20 teaching staff mobility after participating in structured courses. Main results of the project and its derivatives are: 1. Continuous training of teaching staff in important areas (integrating new technologies into teaching and learning by making use of online platforms) 2. Introducing new curriculum subjects (GIS, Human Genetics, Lab Tests, etc.) 3. Implementation and development of virtual learning environments ( ADSERVIO & MOODLE) 4.
