OSCUS SOPEÑA is the candidate for this denominated "Implementación de FP Dual". The project consists of six participants during a stay of five days in France. During the exchanges, our teachers of each Professional Sector such as Socio-Cultural Services, Personal Appearance and Marketing will visit various centers. The technical visits will be to Schools and companies in France, which work in Vocational Training. Therefore, there will be a practical methodology in the above-mentioned modality of training.It is expected that all schools and collaborating companies work together to carry out in the same type of training, as well as the development and evaluation of the projects. The committee of this project will include the head of the professional departments and three technical teachers belonging to each of the Professional Sectors in the School (Personal Appearance, Marketing and Social-Cultural Services).Over the course of the development of the project, the committee will organize the appointments and interviews with company representatives and various schools that carry out training programs of the above-mentioned professional fields. In the course of the appointment the committee will observe how they courses are designed and organized, therefore the committee will see how the process is operated the same in the training class as the work position in the company.Following, once the previous steps are clarified, it is expected to learn the evaluation methodology in the courses, the transition of the students from the company and the organization of the work exchange, sector agreements with business organizations and alliances carried out. In conclusion all the activities bring the schools and companies closer together with this type of training.We foresee that the chosen teachers of our School will know how to carry out training and preparation course in respect to the observation in situ to the training experiences in the other counties of the European Union. It is intended prepare not only the organization of the courses but also the relation carried out between the centers and the companies that will work in this type of training.This project will implement the creation of a work network that will encourage the collaboration between the training centers and the companies in France.
