The chemist technician trade consists in working in a laboratory for analysis and control in industries. Changing in the various processes can only give them broader skills. The completion report will enable them to exercise their oral and written skills. The use of equipment, not available in our institute, specific and efficient will also increase their skill level. The number of participants would be four terminal chemist technician students and accompanying teachers are science teachers. Activities will follow theoretical courses on new concepts and realization of laboratory manipulations. Other more cultural activities will also be considered. The methodology will consist of an immersion of students in a school laboratory which has same level of education and the immersion of students in the same grade class. The validation of the training will be done in collaboration with the partner school and evaluation will be included in the final certification of the student. The impact and the awaited results would be : 1. Discovering new ways of learning, with a variety of equipment under the direction of experienced trainers. 2. Better employability as well as the useful experience they can evoke in a resume. The potential long-term benefits are the exchange of practices, know-how, methods. This can only improve the skills and training.
