Development quality is a key in Romanian and European education and is one of the priorities of policy makers and educational authorities. The aim of this course is to improve the quality of education and vocational training through the educational management quality and intends to answer questions about how to develop a quality management plan. Thus, the participation in the European mobility will open new horizons of knowledge of the target group and lead to the formation and development of skills competences to design and implement a competitive and quality management at school level and the local community to provide quality educational services centered on the needs of the beneficiaries and the knowledge society. The impact of this training will have positive effects not only on the participating teachers, but also the students and entire school communities in which the institution operates. At the local community level, attending this course will lead to the formation and implementation of the values needed to create a mentality to support and promote the quality in any activity in school, to develop skills to identify the most viable solutions and ways to improve the strategy for quality assurance of education in own school. At the school level and implicitly for human resource of own shool, this project will lead to the most appropriate methods, methodologies, strategies and monitoring the quality of education, promoting the concept of teacher "quality", valorization the creative potential and personal experience of trainees for the formation and development of a quality culture. The course will have an impact on the achievement of constructive actions aimed at the improving behavior, motivation and the presence of students, reduce absenteeism and dropout, the close collaboration between students and teachers, reflected in increased interest and taking responsibility for their own learning by students, improving the formative evaluation, using a wider range of evaluation methods and tools, diversified including the contribution of innovative staff or mixed teams of teachers and students. The team of teachers participating in the European mobility will be a nucleus in the local community that will disseminate and implement the knowledge and skills acquired both school level and at the local, regional and national levels. By participating in this mobility, the target group will improve the language skills of English. Will increase the interest for multicultural and intercultural education that students will be transmitted through teachers. The time spent in a foreign country with colleagues from other EU countries is a valuable experience, a source of motivation and a continuing professional and personal development. Participation in this course will promote the school's image at the local, national and international level, and will also promote the culture and image of Romania in the European Union. By implementing the knowledge and skills acquired in this course will be developed and implemented a quality management that will lead to achieving an education performance and creating a favorable climate to learning. Participation in this course provides an European dimension to our educational institution.
