Our project is aimed at the mobility of 12 students in the Health and Personal Image branches in The Initial Vocational Training . The goal is to perform the corresponding part of practical training module FCT ( On the Job Training ) with companies in Belgium and Italy , which will provide students with experience of other lifestyles and ways of working in a different country , enabling the acquisition of skills and aptitudes necessary for their distinct careers and work spaces , which will add a quality to their education that will open doors to their professional futures. For the implementation of this project : - We are already in contact with host partners, so that once we select the students, the partners can work on finding suitable student profile for their companies. - We will be in touch by electronic and telephonic means with the person in charge designated by the host partners. This person will supervise and sending information about the project and will monitor our students concerning the FCT education and possible difficulties. . - We will also be in direct contact with the participants through various media , such as telephone, e- mail , Skype, etc. . In our center , weekly meetings between the program coordinator and partners will be made in order to keep all the details of their stay. The following explains some of the activities that will be undertaken to achieve the objectives of our educational institution and the expected impact of the activities : 1 - Increased educational levels: for this, students explain their experience and the benefits generated by vocational training abroad. we will publicize the number of students who have found work abroad after the mobility Expected impact: I. Reduce the dropout rate of students. II . That all of the students use the Europass to demonstrate their professional and linguistic skills. III . Increase the percentage of students who get jobs after their vocational training abroad. 2 - improving the quality and appropriateness of education for that students will show their peers the new technologies they learned in the process of learning during training period abroad. The Impact aims to increase the number of students who want to do the FCT outside their country . 3 - Develop a sense of belonging to the EU and international cooperation : for that the “media Cycles offer the possibility of working practices in other countries to all students. Every year we get teachers from other countries who work with us . We would like to participate in classes to show the feeling of international cooperation belonging to the EU. . We encourage all staff to participate in European programs. The expected impact is the increase of individual mobility and increase staff involved with European projects. We want to maintain and enhance this cooperation . We are committed to creating Europeans, and we do it because over the years we have seen our students begin to travel with us, when we were asked for an Erasmus scholarship and eventually many of them found work in European citys. And , personally , they all have invited us to visit them , which is more than a formal recognition of the importance of this type of program that promotes mobility in Europe.
