The aim of the project is to use the currently upcoming change of the basic climate conditions positively by establishing new cultivated plants within the regions participating in the project, whereby additional acquisition options for agricultural businesses etc. can be developed. The project includes agronomic and food scientific analysis as well as network activity and the development of further education possibilities. Achievements: Stand: 22.01.2013Ziel des Projektes ist es, die derzeit anstehende Veränderung der klimatischen Rahmenbedingungen dadurch positiv zu nutzen, dass neue Kulturpflanzen in den am Projekt beteiligten Regionen etabliert werden, womit zusätzliche Erwerbsmöglichkeiten für Agrarbetriebe etc. erschlossen werden können. Das Projekt umfasst sowohl agrar- und lebensmittelwissenschaftliche Analysen als auch Netzwerkarbeit und die Entwicklung von Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten.Am 28.-29.11.2012 fand in Neubrandenburg und in Stettin die Abschlusskongress statt.Kongressthemen und -ziele:• Wärmeliebende Kulturpflanzen für den Anbau in der Pomerania Region• Neue Lebensmittel, Verarbeitung und Weinausbau• Geschmacksanalytik• Nutzen und verlinken von bestehenden Anbauinitiativen• Projektwerbung, Integration in die Gesundheitswirtschaft in der Pomerania Region, Informations- und Kommunikationsplattform
