The project „Interactive Learning of Energetic Utilisation of Agricultural Products and By-products (ILEAP) aims at developing e-learning materials on the topic of renewable energy sources and bioenergy production. The target groups are households, entrepreneurs, farmers, agribusiness professionals, consultants, actors responsible for sustainable energy planning at local and national level (municipalities, chambers, NGOs, associations). A needs analysis shall be undertaken in the beginning. Then a certified training programme shall be developed containing two levels of training, basic and advanced for the different target groups. The curriculum shall contain various practices in different fields, the main topics are waste-management, logistics, bio technology, safety, production economy, legal and contractual background, taxation. In addition the training modules will contain chapters on management and organisational skills, communication, career development, data processing. Accompanying handbooks for students and teachers and an e-learning methodology will also be developed. The materials will available in Hungarian and English. Valorisation shall comprise the installation of a website including chat rooms. Riound table discussions shall be organised. In order to calibrate and disseminate the results. A final conference shall be used for dissemination at the end of the project. Newsletters and leaflets shall be produced. A short term impact is expected on the professionals who shall improve their competences, on better cooperation of working partnerships in the sector. Long term impacts are expected on an indirect structural change of agriculture, on job quality, on modernisation.
