In the context, of Our project "If not you, then no one" is social skills or life skills developing, which are crucial in futurer life. The project aims were social skills, understanding and application (teamwork, self-management and exprssion), which is always necessary skills in the labor market.
We were 22 young people from Estonia, Slovakia and Malta. The project aimed at young for18-25. We were both younger than older players, but we still chose them because they had a very strong motivation.
During the project we used a variety of activities and non-formal methods: role playing (employer's Game), situation simulations (foorumteaer), teamwork (per- strengthening the function of orientating, photo hunting) and conventional teaching methods, such as presentations, discussing, brainstorming, focus group interviews, lectures, feedback methods.
Project activities was mainly aimed at through experience, to analyze and get the experience and skills for differend life situations. Participants analyzing the feedback we got to understand that for the most part we got to hold a positive experience of teaching atmosphere and interesting daily program.
