The project, in order to promote the European dimension of the Vocational Training, will be addressed to 30 students from Intermediate Vocational Education (CFGM) in the areas of Administratative Management, Information Technologies (computing), Beauty and Hairdressing. These students from Santiago Hernández High School will develop six weeks placements in companies set in Dublin (Ireland) ,Italy (Florence ) and France(Toulouse). In addition 4 teachers will carry out formation during 5 days The work experience will be recognized as part of the FCT subject. The objectives will be to improve the skills and competencies of CFGM students in order to facilitate the future integration in the Spanish and European labour market. They will be able to know other ways of labour organizations, industrial output and innovations of different production sectors. The result expected is that our students include in their career planning the possibility of developing part of their professional lives in other European countries. We also want the experience of teachers and students with other European business realities, to be able to be transferred to our social and economic context and allow us to improve the quality of our vocational training programmes. The placements will be organized , between march-june 2016 and march- june 2017.
