IES Aynadamar, in its interest to encourage an European awareness in our youth, strengthen their integral training and open their job expectations, presents a mobility project for teachers and students making use of the instruments provided by the Erasmus + Programme.
Our project presents six mobilitity opportunities for individuals from our school: four for students of Middle Grade Vocational Training Course of Beauty (Grado medio de Imagen Personal) and two for teachers interested in improving their competences and widening their European perspectives.
Our teachers will make a 7-day visit to BBS Lüchow, in Lüchow, Germany, in order to create links with our partners and get to know the educational, cultural and entrepreneurial surrounding in which our students will develop their work.
Our students will stay there for 3 months, when they will carry out their module of training (FCT) in the context of linguistic and cultural immersion.
The project will be developed in three phases: preparation, execution and projection phases.
The preparation phase will include information and objective selection of candidates, activities of approach to German culture and logistics.
The execution phase will consist in the stays of teachers and students. The students will undergo a phase of adaptation to the surrounding in BBS Lüchow School and after that period, they will carry out their training in a German firm.
In the projection phase, we intend that our project will reach repercussion and impact in our students and the whole school community, which will lead us to project a European image. We believe that by having the appropriate training and linguistic competence, Europeans will be able to eliminate frontiers to work together and improve international cooperation.
