Through the European Youth Exchange, ICEBERG EUROPE, the 25 young from Lithuania, Latvia, Romania and Spain have discover what lies beneath the surface of cultures that are part of Europe.
The most nowfull part of a culture may be their dances, food, art or traditions, but if we look deeper, participants will understand the values and own way of looking at life, that defines each culture.
Through nine days of living togheter, workshops and outdoor activities, including hiking, orienteering, snoorkel, participants have challenge their own limits to learn more about themselves, and be more aware of their own abilities.
All Europeans youngsters will to face these challenges by working together, and returning to the nature of which we are part, to understand that cultural barriers that we impose have no sense, because in the deep of the iceberg, all people are equal in substance and differentiates us just the tip of the iceberg, which is the visible part of the cultures, and if we share it, we will enrich and develop the identity of a new intercultural Europe.
