Project "I want to be different" - European Voluntary Service Main aims: 1. improve the level of key competencies and skills of the volunteer community of young people, young people involved in the project activities, mentor and youth workers in our organization 2. to promote intercultural dialogue 3. to promote social inclusion and solidarity 4. support active citizenship Specific aims: 1. to allow the volunteer to be personally involved through unpaid voluntary service for full time job for 12 months in our organization 2. To allow the volunteer to contribute to the daily work of our organization in the field of youth information and promoting civic engagement and volunteerism. 3. To allow the volunteer to get to know the Czech Republic - culture, history, people in the widest range. Our project was written for a concrete volunteer in accordance with the priorities that our organization has for the work with youth. Our volunteer defined how he wanted to participate in the project, what he wanted to reache and then we chose the best methods together.This method of creating a logical framework of the project came to us as the most effective. The project was implemented in secondary schools, colleges and ICM organizations in the Region. The volunteer led an informal dialogue with young people on the theme: 1. volunteering / EVS / - formal, informal and non-formal methods of work, use of technology and prepared presentations, and promotional materials Erasmus +, the project itself, as well as presentations in JC "ICM are here for you" 2. How Spanish people sees the Czechs and the Spanish people- formal education by dialogue, simulation games - intercultural dialogue Volunteers received a certificate Youthpass, Europass Language Passport and the Europass CV at the end of the project Volunteer managed a website where he shared his experiences. Press informed aout theEVS in Jindrichuv Hradec and also in Spain. Project familiarized young people with the opportunities of EU education program Erasmus + and they took advantage of them. The project was beneficial both - for the volunteer and also our organization. Because of a very good experience, we plan to host in our organization another volunteer.
