“I see ,I believe – promote yourself to get a job “ is a youth exchange planned to take place for 10 days between 3-12 december 2015 in Busteni ,Romania.The partnership consists of 45 youngsters and group leaders from 8 european countries Croatia,Cipru,Letonia,Italia,Polonia,Slovakia,Bulgaria,Romania and includes 10 youngsters with fewer opportunities ,from poor isolated villages or unemployment from Cipru,IItalia,Letonia,Romania and 2 youngsters with diabet disease The activities take place in a time when youth unemployment grows very much , jobs are very hard to find and the school curricula doen not exactly match the labour market request and youngsters find difficulties in creating the folder with documents required for employment. The aim of the project is to increase employability of youngsters from Europe and to reduce unemployment by offering of new and modern instruments ,efficient and attractive of personal and professional promotion. The objectives forseen are : -increase competences of understanding,creating and editing documents and matherials needed for getting a job -aware the importance of key competences and recognition certificates for access the labour market and correlation of competences with labour market requirements -promoting nonformal education methods as tools for preparation of documents required to get a job or a place in a project -offering for 45 youngsters from 8 countries a common space to reflect on voluntariate,active participation and cultural diversity -expanding cooperation between youngsters from Europe and their organizations and enlarge exchange of experience for combating unemployment The activities forseen are for preparation,introduction and getting to know eachother,trust and team building,presentation of participants and organizations,introduction of Erasmus + programme and youthpass certificate,cultural visits in Sinaia, Bran and Brasov,intercultural evenings,workshops in plenneary and groups,workshops interactive and experiential,daily ,midterm and final reflection-evaluations,dissemination and exploitation of results.Besides there will be transversal activities for visibility,management and monitorizing. The methodology will be based on nonformal education and will consist in games ,presentations,debates,role plays and simulations ,video creation. The final results will be a DVD and a blog where will be gathered presentations,models ov CV,motivation letters and video promotions made by youngsters during the workshops Impact will be felt at the level of participants through development of new competences and assimilation of new tools to help them for employment ,at the level of organization by having more trained youngsters and at the level of local communities through a higher level of civism and awareness of solutions needed for a better promotion to get a job The final results ( blog,guide ) will be disseminated by all partners and participants and the sustainability will be provided by solidity of partnership ,extension of youth cooperation between youngsters and new initiatives and projects in frame of Erasmus +.
