I - CAMPUS: Interactive learning space to develop enterprise culture and professional skills - Interaktives Lernen Raum zur Entwicklung beruflicher Fähigkeiten und Unternehmen Kulturen - Espace interactif d'apprentissage pour développer les compétences professionnelles et des cultures d'entreprise

This project involves the adaptation and integration of innovative contents and results of two LLP Projects, in public and private vocational training, education and business systems in Italy and in Europe (Portugal , Cyprus, Slovack). The project calls for an increase in the quality and the attractiveness of European education and training system through the adaptation, transfer and development of innovative contents made by two european projects LLP - Leonardo da Vinc: one who developed the educational model CIE-LI (Competition, Innovation, E-Learning, Internationalization) for the spread of enterprise culture to students of secondary schools and one who developed the educational model and skills INNOVCOM.Project aim is adapt, transfer and introduce the methodologies and innovative products of INNOVCOM and CIELI, for the development of enterprise culture and training of young people, adults, workers, enterpreneurs. Using innovative contents will be in new areas and towards new target group (compared to previous projects) and it will include the transfer in public and private educational system, like schools, universities, business associations, enterprises.CIELI methodology and INNOVCOM instruments will be integrated and will be available on an online platform (accessible by Internet) with updated contents and units in E–Learning. The platform will be a Virtual Campus on Second Life, where everyone‘ d enjoy written and audio contents and also meet other users to exchange information on business, for the activation of joint ventures between enterprises (real or simulated), to develop benchmarking activities. Using Second Life as a virtual interface will allow you to use the interaction as a training mode without limits of space and time. It’ll be increased the possibility of spread in Italy and in every member country, with spillover to other areas. In particular, it looks: contexts of bilingualism in the German language in Italy; EU territories of German mother tongue or influenced by the language and culture Mitteleuropea Europa; European contexts of the Mediterranean and Balkans countries closer to European culture but representative of cultures and economies of the East territories.
