The main aim of 8 - days training course Human Rights in Spotlight that will be host by non-governmental organization Konstruktor is to raise participant’s awareness in the field of human rights and develop their competencies in advocacy for human rights education at local and national level and ability to transfer theoretical knowledge in concrete actions bringing positive social change into the local communities when fighting discrimination and ensuring equality as cornerstone of democratic civic society. By reaching the main aim we would like to achieve that 28 participants coming from 12 countries and three regions – EU, SEE and Caucasus understand the values, core concepts, principles of human rights as current situation and challenges to human rights not just in participants countries but in broad worldwide perspective. During the training course the participants will have an opportunity to participate in simulations, interactive presentations as to discuss and develop ideas for future projects that could be developed with support of Youth in Action Programme.The training couse will connect 28 participants (youth workers, leaders and local volunteers actively involved in local projects ) coming from Albania, Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Georgia, Armenia, Italy, the Netherlands, Romania, Czech Republic, Germany, Bulgaria and Poland and it will take place in Struga, Republic of Macedonia.
