How to be a young leader?

The project «How to be a young leader?» responds to the need to develop leadership skills among young people from the countries of Europe. The aim of the project is to train 30 young people from the scope of the work by the project, working in groups and to develop their leadership skills. The project participants will be young people from 6 European countries: Poland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Romania and Ukraine at the age of 18-22 years. This age is deliberately chosen. These are young people who are just crawl as leaders, they want to make actions to their society, but do not always know how to do it. Proposed activities include: workshops on planning project, workshops on team communication, preparation and implementation of their projects in Zgierz. Thanks to the training, young leaders will develop their skills and expand their knowledge. Therefore interest of social activities and bottom-up initiatives will increase. Important result for us will be local actions, which, after completion of the course, young people will do for their communities. In this way, they will give witness to the validity of the implementation of such projects.
