The conversion of regional labour market at the specific European labour market conditioned the change of our school. Our school is interested in preparing students for Europe and its labour market. That is why we have to improve both intelectual and school’s project management competence. Intercultural abilities overlap the competence of every single school subjects and are essential part of the opened pro-european school. Each competence is mediated by intercultural education courses and also courses in Job-shadowing. It is very important for us that our teachers attend these courses with other foreign teachers which makes the intercultural learning easier. At the same time, our teachers also get a chance by the European education to get to know other potential project partners and also plan school exchange, E-Twinning or Job-Shadowing. Projec goal: Improving both intercultural and Job-shadowing competence. Number and characterization of participants: 2 Participants are ready to educate in foreign coutnry, dispose with language skills above standard, extend the European fundamentals among students and colleagues, be open-minded for European ideas and apply them into teaching. Activities: Participation at the intercultural courses about education in Job-shadowing. Metodology: On the basis of education courses, there will be implemented intercultural learning theory and intercultural cooperation. Description of the expected long-term assets: Experiences from the seminar will affect motivation growth for the intercultural learning and cooperation. European projects will definitely make our work at school more effective. Education will support enthusiasm among colleagues. Project work is tool which will help to extend the intercultural, language and social competence among students. Thanks to this fact, our students will be better prepared for requirements of the European and international labour market.
