Project WELCOME ‘’Welcome’’ project aims at solving the refugee students in our school adjustment problems . For this purpose, our teachers to ensure the participation in structured courses on the subject will be planning in European countries . After this courses, our teachers will share of experience about refugee student education. Teachers who participated in the courses, will be able to use new techniques and methods appropriate education for refugee students . Our country is heavily migration in recent years. The majority of Afghanistan , refugees from war zones such as Syria faces many problems. Some of this problems: language training needs , trauma history and cultural integration. The deletion of the refugee students quickly and effectively adapt and traces of the trauma they experienced school has an important function. Trying to adapt to a new environment , these refugee students while also language requirements , they need to be measured precisely and correctly to the academic qualification. We prepare students aged 5-11 we are serving a school project is also expected to result in consequences that will affect the entire life of refugee students. We expect this effect to be seen in our entire province with the dissemination activities planned under the project. Combating discrimination not only in our cultural project for refugee students and other students will gain awareness of respect for differences .
