Regarding the success of the two projects HORECVET Mobility in the food sector, the IFAPME and its partners decided to continue the experience to become a structural offer for some training qualifications. The main objective of the project is to offer at some 26 IFAPME learners (adults from 18 years, students, workers or job seekers) of the managerial/entrepreneurial level (EQF 5) to follow a part of their training in a foreign enterprise which can lead to a significant added value to their learning pathway. The in-company training concerns a part of the totality of the 664 hours internship required to obtain the certification IFAPME “Diploma of Manager/Entrepreneur”. The project concerns four professions: - A01 - butcher-Catering, - A09 - Restorer - Catering - Banquet organizer, - A06 - Baker pastry, - A27 - Receptionist - Manage small hotel structure - hotel Director, - A90 - Commis chef - A92 - Server The international mobility will take place during the summer 2016 and concerned a period of 4, 8 or 13 weeks between July and October. The IFAPME has two partners, in France, Alfmed and in Ireland, Foyle International. An agreement cooperation is signed between the partners which precise the responsibilities of each other and the quality processes. The mobility concerns essentially an enterprise internship with an evaluation and a certification based on the European instruments ECVET (European Credit system for Vocational Education and Training) and the certificate Europass Mobility : a pedagogical contract is signed; for each profession, some learning outcomes unities are defined by the IFAPME pedagogical counselor, the enterprise must follow and fulfill the learning outcomes evaluation documents; after the mobility experience, the IFAPME validate the new learning outcomes which will be integrated in the pedagogical dossier and recognized in the Belgian certificate of the learners. The project respected the general principals of a project management and included at the beginning a phase of promotion and at the end a phase of evaluation and dissemination. The expected value for the learners concerned, in addition to a personal international experience about the sector HORECA / Tourism, learning management skills and / or techniques, local specialties promoting employability and / or creation of an independent activity, one of the IFAPME entrepreneurial training purposes. Mobility will be organized during the high season (July-October) period appropriate for both contingencies and the relevance of learning. Mobility project actively contributes to the achievement of the objectives of the IFAPME and learners. This is to provide quality training, enabling rapid integration into the labor market by matching them with the skills needed by the labor market. He participated in the dynamics of an industry and its attractiveness. This project contributes to the dynamics of the dual training system within the IFAPME network. It comes in direct support of the training course and the professional project of learners. They acquire special technical skills and language skills. Social skills are boosted as confidence, maturity, independence, resourceful, are also a significant result of the project. Companies willing to participate in the project because they recognize the value of this type of experience.
