Promote and encourage the European youth mobility.Seine-Saint-Denis has a large number of popular area, concentrating economic difficulties, social, and part of the youth suffers from limited opportunities. Encourage youth mobility is identified as an important issue to acquire new knowledge, skills, discover new environments and enrich their personal journey.APJC, project leader and hosting Organization for several years, together with the federation of social centers has made "mobility" a priority for action. -Our goal is to host this year 4 European volunteers in different structures and connecting the network of social organizations from Seine-Saint-Denis, in a logic of sharing and pooling the resources and dynamic projects;We want to encourage and facilitate the emergence of collaborative projects between volunteers and host structures for wider promotion of European mobility within the network and to the public.APJC is coordinating the project between three sending organizations, three Hosting organization and ourselves.Sending and voluntary organizations are from Spain, Ukraine and Poland.The hosting organizations and Coordinating organisation are French.The project dates are from 1 september 2016 to 31 october 2017 ,activities starts between 1 september 2016 until 31 August 2017.The project will be evaluate with those criteria:- Number of partner organizations and young people received.- Establishment of a collocation as a place of exchange and sharing: emergence of collective projects, development of links between the partner organizations.- Number of youth professionals structures department sensitized / trained in the issue of European mobility.
